RIGs are groups of teachers with a shared interest in exploring published innovations
and research in their areas of subject expertise with a view to disseminating good
practice across local schools. They are also keen to engage in new research opportunities
and longitudinal studies for their own professional development and to be at the
forefront of pedagogical advancements.
The RIGs are led by Swindon practitioners for Swindon practitioners.
